Call for sessions
The general aim of the AIAI conference is to provide insights on how AI can be implemented in real world applications; however special sessions dedicated to case-studies and commercial presentations, as well as sessions dedicated to technical and scientific advances, will also be included. The conference co-chairs invite potential session organizers to submit proposals focusing on specific areas of applications in AI.
Although session papers will be selected by the session organizers alone, session organizers are expected to follow a formal review process similar to that of the general conference. Session organizers may identify reviewers based on the specific topic of their organized session, or alternatively, they may choose to contact suitable reviewers from the main body of the conference's program committee members. Each special session is expected to have from 5 to 8 papers and at least one author for each paper must register for the conference and present the paper during the session. Best papers from AIAI 2006 will be considered for journal publication in extended version. Session papers may also be considered, but session organizers have the alternative to exclude session papers from this process if they prefer to organize a dedicated journal issue on their own.
