Paper submission

Papers must be submitted electronically in Postscript, PDF or RTF format in the address setn04submit@aegean.gr.

Abstract submission

Authors must submit the title of the paper, authors' names and affiliations, the abstract and at least 3 keywords from the list given by the conference. Acknowledging the abstract submission, we will send the id number of the paper to the contact author.

Full paper submission

The full paper must indicate the title and and the id number of the paper. Papers should be written in English, and should not exceed 10 pages.

The proceedings of the conference will be published by Springer-Verlag as a LNAI volume. Authors must read and follow the information for authors in the following address http://www.springeronline.com/sgw/cda/frontpage/0,10735,5-164-2-72376-0,00.html

For every accepted paper at least one author must make an early registration to the conference.

Camera-ready paper submission

For each paper that has been accepted for oral presentation authors must

  1. prepare and e-mail the final (camera-ready) version of the paper. This e-mail must contain:
    1. the pdf version of the paper
    2. the source files (rtf or tex + figures, according to Springer-Verlag's guidelines for authors)
    3. a notice that shows the way they have managed to conform with reviewers' points
  2. fill and sign the copyright form provided by Springer-Verlag.
  3. (one of the authors) make an early registration by filling the registration form (from 1st to 20 Jan. 2004)
  4. fax to +30 2273082009 and post both the copyright and registration form to

    the copyright form and the registration form.
