Dimitrios Skoutas was born in Samos in 1974. He received his Diploma
in Electrical and computing Engineering of the University of Patras.
Today he is a PhD student in the department of Information and Communications
Systems Engineering of the University of Aegean.
His research interests are in the fields of 3G – 4G mobile communications
systems and networks.
Since 2000 he is working as a professor assistant in the department
of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University
of Aegean. He has two publications in conferences in the areas of W-CDMA
systems.
Dimitrios Skoutas is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, a
member of the Hellenic association of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers,
a member of the Greek Computer Society and a student member of the IEEE.
